STATION SUPERVISOR BASED AT BANGKOK
Aircalin, the airline of New Caledonia, is seeking a Station Supervisor based at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to oversee operations for our new Nouméa–Bangkok–Paris route, with 2 weekly flights initially, expanding to 3 flights by the end of 2025.
Aircalin, the international airline of New Caledonia, is excited to announce the opening of its new route connecting Nouméa to Paris via Bangkok starting this December. With two weekly rotations initially and a third one planned for late 2025, we are looking for a Station Supervisor to oversee and coordinate operations at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Station Supervisor, you will be the primary Aircalin representative in Bangkok and ensure the smooth operation of our ground services.
Your main duties include :
Coordination of ground operations
- Manage passenger, baggage, cargo, and ramp operations during turnarround.
- Serve as the central point of contact for crews, service providers, the airport, and authorities.
- Monitor compliance with operational and regulatory procedures on the ground.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented in the event of deviations or incidents.
Operational performance management
- Ensure the OTP of flights under your responsibility.
- Coordinate the management of irregularities (delays, cancellations, passenger handling).
- Monitor the quality of services provided by subcontractors.
- Participate in the preparation and writing of post-flight reports, incidents, or anomalies.
Quality and compliance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with service standards and safety/security procedures.
- Participate in internal/external audits and propose improvement actions.
- Advise the Station Manager on any process developments.
Administrative and logistics management
- Prepare flights (operational files, coordinate stakeholders).
- Manage Aircalin equipment at the stopover (condition, inventory, incidents).
- Distribute operational information to local stakeholders.
Participation in crisis management
- Take initial emergency measures according to procedures.
- Participate in the Local Emergency Plan and relay information to the Ground OPS Department on-call team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, either in Operations or Commercial functions,
or - Minimum of 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with reservation systems (Amadeus & ALTEA DC)
- Good knowledge of ramp and ground handling operations
- Solid understanding of IATA procedures
- Ability to supervise subcontractors effectively

- Ability to quickly grasp overall situations and identify key elements
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Capacity to draft clear and concise reports

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
CONDITIONS
- Location: Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
- Contract Type: Full-time.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on flight schedules.
